Biofuel Production Plant Location Selection Using Integrated Picture Fuzzy Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment Framework

As an alternative for sustainable transportation and economic development, biofuels are being promoted as renewable climate-friendly resources of energy which can help to reduce the consumption fossil fuels, some pollutant emissions mitigate climate change impact from transport. With successful development biofuel industry, location selection production plant is one major concerns governments policymakers. Finding locations construction new plants includes several dimensions sustainability, including economic, social environmental; therefore, this process be considered a complex multi-criteria decision-making problem with uncertainty. advanced version fuzzy set, picture set (PiFS) comprehensive tools handle uncertainty account truth, abstinence falsity membership degrees. Thus, work proposes methodology based on weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) approach similarity measure information. By using numbers, proposed effectively address uncertain information qualitative data that often occurs in practical applications. In methodology, measure-based weighting model find criteria weights under environment. For purpose, introduced degree between numbers. Moreover, rank options determined integrated WASPAS PiFS context. To illustrate effectiveness framework, case study presented perspective.
